It’s a well know fact that companies with high levels of engagement have happier employees and are more profitable and productive.    Employee Engagement is not just about terms and conditions and remuneration, it’s about leaders and business owners creating that sense of belonging that employees are looking for, showing employees that they care.  A quote attributed to Teddy Roosevelt – ‘People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care’ – epitomises employee engagement.  Knowing your employees and recognising and acknowledging to them their ideas and contributions and empowering them by doing so is key!

I can collaborate and partner with you and your managers to:

  • Define company culture and develop and increase employee engagement.
  • Undertake culture & climate surveys and lead & facilitate employee workshops to evaluate results and develop employee engagement initiatives.
  • Co-ordinate and collate feedback into employee engagement plans and activities with alignment to company goals and objectives.
  • Develop internal communication plans and timeframes to deliver employee engagement activities and increase overall engagement metrics.
  • Track progress of employee engagement initiatives.
